Easy to use

The pressure of the Threshold IMT is easily adjustable in cm H2O. You can determine the correct pressure with your doctor or physical therapist. Click the mouthpiece on the Threshold IMT. During training (in any body position!) it is important to put the nose clip on your nose. After use you can easily clean the device with warm water and liquid mild soap. Then rinse well under the tap and let it dry. From a hygienic point of view, it is recommended to keep it for personal use only.
