Standard we ship to every country in Europe; on request worldwide!

Free shipping

All orders over € 150 (about £ 130) ship free of charge within most countries in the EU. For orders below € 150 and shipping in the UK, we charge € 15 (about £ 13). Standard we ship to most countries in Europe, but on request to any country in the world! Contact us and we will make it happen. At the bottom of this page you can find all information about delivery in Europe.

Delivery times

Fast: Naturally you would like to receive your order as soon as possible. Therefore, virtually every order for delivery in the UK placed before 2:00 pm will be delivered in two working days. Are you in a hurry and do you need guaranteed next day delivery? Or would you like to receive your order on a specific day? We are most happy to accommodate you. Please contact us so we can make arrangements.

Easy: Are you not home all day and would prefer to pickup your order at a place near you? In the check-out process, select 'Service point delivery'. You can find your nearest ParcelShop on the DPD website.

Safe shipping

We partner with courier services DPD and Fedex and via their websites you can easily track the shipment of your order. A signature on delivery is required. Moreover, the shipment is insured at no costs. 

Returns

Cooling-off period at Oxigo

For products that you buy on Oxigo you have the right to return them within 14 days after receipt of your order. Would you like to use that right? Then you have to give us notice. You can do so by using this form (pdf). You may also give us a call or send us an email. Please include your order number and clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal. After we have confirmed receipt of your notice, you can return the products. You bear the risk and the costs of return shipping. Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned merchandise, we will credit your order.

Return conditions

Because we sell medical devices, the return of our products is subject to restrictions. An oxygen concentrator and included nasal cannula will touch your skin and respiration. Therefore, it is not always possible to return these after they have been used. Would you like to try a concentrator risk-free? Contact us to discuss the possibilities.

All other products, including packaging, have to be as good as new. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to charge additional costs. So you are free to try these products, but there can not be any sign of usage.
