21 days cooling-off period

After the purchase of a product you, as a consumer, have 14 days to change your mind. We understand that in some cases these 14 days are not long enough to find out whether or not the products are suitable for you. That is why we have extended these 14 days to 21 days. Within these 21 days you can return the relevant product free of charge* and without giving any reason. The 21 days cooling-off period starts the moment you receive your order. Should it happen that your order is delivered in parts, then the 21 days will start the moment you receive your last product.

Do you want to return your order? Then make sure that you inform us within 21 days after the purchase.

Safe and free payments

Oxigo offers a wide range of payment methods. You can find which payment methods are accepted by us here. For none of our payment methods we charge fees!

For each order, insurance of your shipment is included. After your order has been sent, you will receive a Track & Trace code, by which you can easily follow your shipment. When your order is being delivered, you only need to sign for receipt.

VAT

What is the VAT rate on a portable oxygen concentrator?

Our company is based in the Netherlands. In the Netherlands, the VAT rate on oxygen equipment is 6%. So for all orders placed within the EU, we have to charge 6% VAT. For accessories of oxygen equipment, pulse oximeters and shipping costs a VAT rate of 21% applies.

Do you live in the UK?

You might qualify for VAT exemption!
In the UK, if you suffer from a chronic illness or if you are disabled, you can apply for VAT exemption for certain goods. This includes portable oxygen concentrators. Because we are based in the Netherlands, we cannot process your order tax-free. However, please send us an email or give us a call before placing your order, and we will make sure you won't pay too much!

Do you live somewhere else?

Within the EU
Oxigo is based in the Netherlands. This means that for all orders within the EU, we have to charge the Dutch VAT rate of 6%.

Outside the EU
Are you ordering from outside the EU? Then we don't have to charge any VAT. Depending on the country you are ordering from, you might have to pay custom duties and fees. This is your responsibility. Standard you cannot select a shipping country outside of the EU. If you want to ship to a specific country, please contact us and we will make it happen.

Companies within the EU
If you order as a business and your company is based outside of the Netherlands, but within the EU, we do not have to charge any VAT. You do have to fill in your VAT number when ordering.
