The PARI BOY Classic is suitable for adults and children older than 4 years who would like to nebulise their medication or saline solution. The compressor nebuliser is intended for home use and for use in a medical/clinical environment.

Quieter and more compact than its predecessor, with the same top performances

The PARI BOY Classic is up to 20% quieter than its predecessor, the PARI TurboBOY SX. It has the same top performances, and its design has had a major makeover. This has not gone unnoticed: in 2020, the BOY Classic was awarded with the prestigious Red Dot Design Award. The compressor is more compact and equipped with a solid carrying handle. When you’re not using your device, you can easily wrap the power cord and connection tubing around the handle. The PARI BOY nebuliser also has an anti-slip base.

Improve breathing with PIF Control

The PARI BOY Classic is equipped with PIF Control, a training tool that helps you improve breathing while you nebulise. Are you inhaling too fast? In that case, the nebuliser creates a certain resistance and a soft sound. These signals should not be ignored, because they tell you to inhale more slowly. Tiny droplets will remain in your throat if you inhale too fast. This is a thing of the past thanks to PIF Control: your medication or saline solution is deposited efficiently in your lungs.

Using the BOY Classic when you are tracheostomised

The BOY Classic is also suitable for people with a tracheostoma. For this, you’ll need to purchase the PARI Tracheo Set separately. This set includes a silicone tracheomask and an extension tube. The mask should be placed on the opening in your neck, the extension tube between the mask and the nebuliser.

Hygiene

When using the PARI BOY, the device and accessories come into contact with saliva and grease. That’s why it is highly recommended to clean the compressor, nebuliser and accessories thoroughly and on a regular basis. Please consult the enclosed manual for more detailed cleaning instructions. Do several people use the PARI BOY Classic? Due to the risk of cross-contamination, this is only allowed if each user has its own year pack (nebuliser and accessories).
