The smallest travel CPAP

Have a look at the ResMed AirMini Auto CPAP, the smallest travel CPAP available! This innovative device measures only 13.6 x 8.4 x 5.2 cm. It weighs only 300 grams. Due to its compact size, the AirMini is perfect to take with you on a trip. Ideal for a comfortable CPAP therapy at your holiday destination or on the go: at the campsite, in a hotel, on an airplane, etc. The AirMini is an Auto CPAP that can be used on an automatic pressure or on a fixed pressure. A 'Ramp' time (time in which the pressure builds up) and a pressure relief on exhalation can also be selected. ResMed calls the latter the 'Expiratory Pressure Relief' (EPR).

Using the AirMini with a CPAP mask from ResMed

The AirMini can only be used in combination with a compatible CPAP mask with starter kit from ResMed: the ResMed AirFit N20, ResMed AirFit N30 or ResMed AirFit P10 for example. These masks are equipped with a waterless humidifier (HumidX or HumidX Plus) for extra comfort. Thanks to the SmartStart function, the therapy starts when you put on your CPAP mask, and thanks to SmartStop, the therapy stops when you take off your mask.

Waterless humidification with HumidX or HumidX Plus

The ResMed mask you use with the AirMini works with a waterless humidifier (condenser humidifier) for extra comfort. This humidifier helps you to find the right humidification level and you don’t have to carry a humidification chamber and distilled water with you. HumidX is the standard version, HumidX Plus is recommended with low humidity levels (at high altitude, for example). The waterless humidifiers HumidX and HumidX Plus are standard included with some ResMed masks and can also be purchased separately.

AirMini app for your smartphone or tablet

Do you want to get the most out of your CPAP therapy with the AirMini? Would you like to monitor the results of your CPAP therapy? Then download the free AirMini app, compatible with Android and iOS. In the app, which works via Bluetooth, you will see a sleep score with your therapy data after each night. This score is determined by the number of hours of CPAP therapy, the number of mask leaks, the number of apneas and hypopneas per hour, and the number of times you pull off your mask off during the night. During the therapy itself, you can monitor the pressure in real-time on your smartphone or tablet.

Battery for the AirMini

Are you staying in a place where there is no mains electricity? Then consider using a CPAP battery! A CPAP battery allows you to sleep with your AirMini wherever you want… The Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite battery is ideal for this. If you’re going to use the battery with the AirMini, it is recommended to order a separate AC power supply for charging the battery faster.
